Some employees are happy with their salary hikes while others are not. Some employees say it as if he or she might be boss’s favorite. Although everyone is boss’s favorite. The favoritism depends upon the hard work and dedication that the employee puts on his work. Every organization has some senior position employees they assign the work to them, who further on assigns the work to juniors and never think that your seniors always take the credit. No, they can’t as the person who is paying you is your boss not that senior. So always remember, the organization knows everything and the reward you also for your hardwork, dedication, passion and your work ethics and all that can be seen in the increments assigned to various employees working in that organization.
If you want success in your professional life then always concentrate on your work rather than cursing the organization and take care of every rule, regulation, be dedicated, honest and always behave in a professional manner. Either you are on the managerial level or lower level; always remember to behave in a professional level. No discrimination on the basis of caste, religion or position should exist else it will tarnish your image and will effect on your promotion as well as increments.
Following are some tips that will help you in leading a successful life –
• Don’t have politics in your work place as it will inculcate in you, all the negativity and will effect your dedication and passion towards your work.
• Be regular and punctual at your work as well as in your meetings.
• Be workaholic don’t avoid your work.
• Take leaves when it’s very necessary.
• If you are boss then always believe in having cordial relations with your staff as autocratic behavior will leads up in repudiating your organization’s name as well as will effects in their productivity also.
• When company needs you, always help them out.
• Don’t be adamant in any of the work assigned.
• Never think that only you can do this work no one else will do those as always remember without you also that work can be done.
• Keep yourself updated with time about the latest work trends, work ethics and updated organization’s policies.
Thus always remember that no one’s hardwork, dedication and passion go in vain. If company appointed you it’s because of your caliber, if it is paying you it’s because of your work so keep that work going good and never give a chance to the company to fire you. Always stay positive in your workplace so that you can do and achieve wonders.
